CHIC is almost here!

CHIC is only 3 months away.  Starting to get excited?!  We always want to keep you as up to date as possible.  So if you CLICK HERE you will be able to download the CHIC Itinerary for the week, the packing list and the release form for the Whitewater Rafting trip.

Every three years more than 5,000 students from across the Evangelical Covenant Church come together in one place to glimpse how they fit into the bigger picture of God's kingdom.  At CHIC lives are changed as students are inspired to dive deeper their faith together.  Join us July 15-20, 2018 at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville to worship, experience transformation, and make unforgettable memories!


My student is signed up for chic.....what's next?

So you signed your student up for CHIC2018, but want to know what to do over the next  8 months until they are ready to leave?  This is the place to go.  Pastor Justin has all the steps laid out to keep you on track the next 8 months!

  • Cost/Payment Breakdown

    Think CHIC is too expensive?  Think again!  Check out this cost breakdown:
    • Church Pays:  $250
    • Fundraising:  $250
    • You Pay:  $250
    • Total:  $750

  • Registration & Deposit

    Your registration and $100 deposit are due on November 1.

  • Fundraising Plans

    We have two fundraisers planned so far.  Details below!

    • December 9, 1:30-8:30pm.  Students 16 and older can earn $13/hour.  Plus you can have others serve and earn money for you as well!
    • February 23 or 24, Forest Park Follies/Envelope Night. 

who can attend chic

High school students are eligible to attend CHIC if:

They will complete grade 9, 10, 11, or 12 in the 2017–2018 school year, AND

They will be at least 15 years by December 31, 2017

Note: Seniors may attend CHIC 2018 even if they attended CHIC 2015.  Have questions?  Check out the FAQ section!
