The Ministries of Forest Park
We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered worship, community, service and multiplication. This is our process for discipleship. Out of this gospel-centered service is the overflow of discipleship, serving those in and outside the church. One of the ways we pursue and live out this discipleship trait is through volunteer opportunities.
At KidsPark, we hope to lead kids and families to know God's love and follow Him! We seek to come alongside families with resources, experiences, and ideas that will continue to build our children for the kingdom of God. All kids, ages birth through 3rd grade, are invited to join us at 10am on Sunday mornings, and at 6:30 on Wednesday nights, where they will be learn more about Jesus with our Christ-centered, background-checked, trained, leaders!
We want to see students' lives transformed by knowing Jesus within a faith community. We have that goal in mind with everything we plan and do. Large group meetings, trips, small groups, even fun games are very purposeful in helping us reach towards God and each other as we walk this journey together. With everything we do, we aim to keep your family in mind as we plan. Our dream is to partner with you so that together we can have a greater impact in the faith of your students.
We believe that the arts are a gift from God to us in order to bring glory to God. We are blessed at Forest Park to have excellent singers, instrumentalists, designers, media & sound techs, sign language artists and many more! We welcome all those who have humble hearts, a passion for God's glory, and a gift in the arts to contact our Director of Worship Arts, Luke Austin to find out how to plug into the worship ministries.
At Forest Park, our Adult Ministry teams focus on what it will take to transform lives in our community for God by Growing in Christ, sharing His message, and doing His work. This mission guides the study choices, strategies for serving, and communications lines as we seek to serve the church and greater community.
The Missions & Outreach team seeks to encourage relationships with Christ and others through ongoing ministries of compassion, justice, mercy, and evangelism. We on the Missions & Outreach team are excited for what is to come and where God is going to lead Forest Park in the mission field.
