Forest Park Staff & Leadership

The staff and leadership here at Forest Park is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for everyone in the church. If you have questions for any of our staff, feel free to reach out by sending an email or calling our church office to speak with them.

He and his wife, Melissa, have four awesome children, Jake, Addie, Natalie & Jillian.  Justin is a graduate of North Park University and seminary and has been working in student ministry for over 15 years.   He enjoys encouraging people in their relationship with God and seeing them take new steps of faith.

  • Larry Bush

  • Luke Austin

    Pastor of Worship Arts

Luke and his fantastic family came to Forest Park from Texas mid 2014.  He was raised in Texas so adjusting to Michigan's climate was quite an adventure!  Luke began his career in Worship Ministries by age 10 playing at his church where his father was a worship leader.  He plays piano, guitar and drums and has a Master's Degree in Church Music.  He and his wife, Hailey, have six great children.

  • Alaina Marr

    Children's Director

Alaina grew up on the Eastern side of the state, in Clarkston, Michigan. After moving to Pennsylvania to complete a degree in Elementary Education, she went on to teach second grade in Delaware. Alaina is thrilled to be back in Michigan and excited by the opportunity to serve the children and families at Forest Park. Alaina loves to sing and play piano, and when she’s not at church, you could find her curled up enjoying a good book, or enjoying the awesome Michigan outdoors with her wonderful dog, Mollie!

  • John Wescott

    Facilities Manager

John has been at Forest Park for almost 10 years.  He is the guy that gets it all done.  Monday thru Friday and also on Sunday mornings he is all over the building making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.  If there is something going on at Forest Park, he knows about it!  He works in conjunction with the Properties Team to coordinate all things related to the inside and outside of the building as well as the grounds of Forest Park.  If you see him, just say thank you, chances are he already did something to make your visit to Forest Park better!

  • David Clow

    Small Group Coordinator

David is joining our staff on a part time basis in 2018.  David and his wife, Julia, are long time members of Forest Park.  One of the many volunteer positions Dave has had at Forest Park was Church Chair.  Dave comes to us with a passion for getting people into small groups.  He will be the main administrator of our small group ministry and will also be helping out on the Adult Ministry Team.

Our Leadership Partners

At Forest Park, the staff does not lead the church alone. We have a diverse and strong Lead Team made up of members of our church.  The Lead Team works in conjunction with the staff to help the congregation live out our vision and mission, not only in our local community but around the globe.  To see a list of the current Lead Team members please click here.  If you would like to contact the Lead Team via email, please CLICK HERE.
